The ALRESIST is manufactured with the use of novel physical principles of structure
formation. Parts are produced by powder compaction and further die forging.
The physical, mechanical and service properties of ALRESIST are guaranteed by the
manufacturer assure:
* stable size and shape of instrument parts in a broad temperature range;
* wear resistant in contact of piston compression rings with grooves is twice less;
* lighter weight of engine parts, hence lower dynamic loads and better engine balance;
* narrower cylinder clearance with corresponding decrease in oil burning-out, noise level and power loss.
* thermogrowth of ALRESIST piston size is lower by 40…60% then Al-12Si alloy.
The engine parts were examined during laboratory, engine test bench and field works tests.
Engine tests have shown that diesels having ALRESIST parts were superior to conventional ones.
Standard industrial equipment is used for manufacture of ALRESIST.
