About the potential partner
Beijing operates 11 large and middle-scale city wastewater treatment plants. The daily waste water treatment capacity reaches 2.8 million m3. The organisation’s Technology R&D Center is dedicated to the development and application of technology. The Technology R&D Center includes 28 employees, including 5 post-doctors, 3 doctors and 10 postgraduates as well as multiple technology consultants who are well-known at abroad and home. The company actively carries out studies on the water treatment technology, water resource protection, reclaimed water utilization and related environment technologies and has undertaken about 10 state key projects.
Cooperation demand description: Combining the research and applications from abroad, the following energy saving technologies are required for wastewater treatment plants in China.
- First, save energy, reduce consumption, reuse energy and utilize clean energy in the wastewater treatment to reduce the power consumption in the wastewater treatment plant, including precise control over the dissolved oxygen and drug dosage, heat pump technology, biogas generated in the sludge digestion and solar energy utilization.
- Second, upgrade wastewater treatment technology, including nitration and de-nitrification synchronization, de-nitrification and phosphor removal, anaerobic ammonia oxidation technology.
With the energy saving and control technology in the waste water treatment plant, the power consumption can be reduced and the conservatory gas exhaust can be reduced directly or indirectly based on the operation optimization in the sludge treatment plant.
