Galliard Lockings Associates is a China-focused firm providing consultancy services targeted at small to medium sized client companies.   We are the leading British privately run Technology co-operation accellerator in mainland China.  We offer innovative strategies, solutions and tailor made services to technology companies wishing to trade with China or access the Chinese market.  We research markets and devise entry strategies, we find and match partners, for technology licensing, joint ventures, local sales and distribution channels as well as support the setting up of full business operations in china.   We also provide management consulting and project management services.

    Signed a co-operation agreement with Tianjin NTEM a government agency for China and Overseas co-operation.   We also became advisor to Beijing Technology Exchange and Promotion Centre (BTEC) the International Technology Transfer Network (ITTN) where we co-organised the very first two ITTC conferences.
