How to order

8 EASY STEPS

 

  1. Decide on the products and quantities you require.


  2. Send us a completed ‘Quote Request Form’ quoting the appropriate model/order numbers and quantities required.   (Fax through your Quote Request to Galliard Lockings Associates on +86 10 58766358 or E-mail Galliard Lockings Associates at: galliard_lockings@yahoo.com


  3. We will confirm receipt of your purchase Request and send you a ‘quote’ detailing everything that would appear on a final invoice.


  4. If the quote is acceptable to you confirm this with us by email.  If you want to amend your order, please let us know by email and we will include your amendments and send you a revised ‘quote’.


  5. When we receive confirmation that the quote is acceptable we will send you contract of sale and our conditions of sale.  Please read and sign these documents and then fax them back to us on: 0086 10 58766358.  At the same time please arrange for payment of the first installment of 50% of the cost of your order by Telegraphic Transfer.  Please click here for our bank details.


  6. We will confirm receipt of your signed contract of sale, our conditions of sale and T/T and also confirm that the manufacturer has commenced production. We will also confirm the deadline for completion of your order.


  7. When the goods are ready for dispatch we will notify you and ask you to arrange for payment of the final balance due.  This may include an amendment for confirmed shipping costs.


  8. Upon receipt of final payment we will arrange for your chosen carrier to send you the goods. (if you do not have a carrier we can arrange this for you)

 

 

Notes: Regarding shipping: Shipping & delivery costs are payable by your company and are in addition to the purchase price of goods. Any import duties levied are the responsibility of your company. More Notes
